Terms & Conditions

Purchasers acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms and conditions in relation to any contract for the sale and purchase of the goods is signified by the purchaser approving or processing the sale.

Linda and Co reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product. Linda and Co has the right at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the products, services and any pages of its website. The Company reserves the right at any time to refuse to accept any special order placed as a result of any errors on pricing

INDEMNITY

Linda and Co will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, or from any products purchased from this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Linda and Co, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents and affiliates from any and all third-party claims, liability, damage and/or costs (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from your use of this website or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Delivery and Returns

 

  1. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Linda & Co. customer service at via our online customer service team or email. If the items have not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and process a refund. However, please note that there will be a deduction for merchant charges (such as those from Stripe, PayPal, or ZipPay), as Linda & Co. does not receive these fees in return. The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Additionally, any orders that are subject to custom make, modifications, alterations, or resizing at the customer’s request cannot be cancelled before shipping or refunded after purchase.

 

  1. Upon returning the items within 7 days from the invoice date, a refund will be issued if approved by managers. However, please note that there will be deductions for administrative fees (up to 5% of the total order amount), shipping charges, and merchant fees, which are not subject to refund.

 

  1. Before returning anything, the customer should contact Linda & Co. (via online customer service team or email) and quote the Order number and the reason for the return to receive Authorization/ approval via email/text from Linda & Co.

 

  1. Returned products must be in their original packaging, complete with instructions, warranty documents, and all included parts. Additionally, the original tags on the product should be intact. The items must remain fully re-saleable, showing no signs of use. Protective coverings on watches must not be removed, and the products should not have been assembled, worn, or used in any way. To ensure a smooth refund process, include a copy of the invoice with the return shipment. Linda & Co. reserves the right to decline refunds for items that do not meet these criteria and send them back with postage paid by the buyer.

 

  1. While returning the watch to us, customers are responsible for the parcel and its contents until they reach our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a registered postal service and keeping proof of postage. Linda & Co. cannot be held liable for lost or damaged goods during transit. To ensure the product arrives at our warehouse in a resalable condition, please package it securely as per the original shipment. All returns carry some risk and responsibility for the customer, including any associated expenses. If Linda & Co. provides a return shipping label, the customer should take the parcel to their preferred post office for shipping back and lodge at the counter.

 

  1. If the item arrives faulty or damaged, kindly reach out to our Customer Care team as soon as you receive the item. We will promptly guide you through the appropriate steps. The same procedure applies if you receive an incorrect item. Please note that we cannot replace an incorrectly supplied item until it has been returned to us by the buyer.

 

  1. In the case of returning faulty items, we will make every effort to contact the supplier and arrange a replacement. However, replacement items are subject to availability. If a replacement is not feasible, we will promptly refund the cost of the purchase, including any shipping charges.

 

  1. Returning items incur an administration cost and merchant fees for a business like Linda & Co. When customers request refunds, we don’t get back the transaction charges (which can be up to 6.5% of the total order value). Additionally, we have the right to decline future orders from customers who excessively return items or have an unfair return history.

  1. Linda & Co. is an authorized dealer for all our watch brands. When you purchase a watch, it comes with a warranty from the manufacturer. If there’s a problem with the watch, we send it to the manufacturer for assessment or we will send you the form to process the warranty directly to save time and expedite the warranty claim. The time it takes for assessment varies depending on the manufacturer. Whether you receive a refund or a replacement is determined by the manufacturer—we cannot expedite that process. If no issues are found, you’ll be responsible for covering the postage costs for returning the item. For repair or warranty instructions, please refer to the specific manufacturer’s website.

 

BUY NOW PAY LATER REFUNDS

 

Refunds for Buy Now Pay Later purchases will be processed minus any merchant fees charged by providers.
