IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS
a) If any good obtained by the purchaser do not correlate to or are not the goods ordered by the purchaser or if a defect exist in any goods and that defect occurred or existed prior to receipt by the purchaser, the purchaser may return the goods in accordance with this clause 12.
b) Must obtain an authorisation before any goods is returned to Linda and Co Designer Jewellers under this clause 12. A Claim may be obtained by our store manager or by contacting us via Mail/ Contact Form / Chat Online

c) Linda & Co Designer Jewellers will issue a authority for the return of the goods provided that the request for such returns is made by the purchaser within 7 days of receipt of the goods
d) Goods returned must be in an “as new condition” (Or at least in a condition no worse than the condition in which they were received by the purchaser.) Returns will not be accepted in the following: –
i) Soiled , Marked or otherwise damaged
ii) Where instruction books, guarantee books, certificates, product tags and presentation boxes are not returned with the goods
e) If the purchaser returns any good to Linda & Co Designer Jewellers which do not satisfy this clause 12, such goods may be re-delivered by Linda and Co Designer Jewellers at the purchaser’s expense
f) Defective / Incorrect custom orders are bound by our Guarantee Policy in which they are rectified in timely manner.
g) Custom Orders are guaranteed by 24 month period valid only upon the item being checked in-store every 6 month.
h) Any credit note generated by Linda & Co Designer Jewellers relating to authorised return of the goods under this clause 12 will reflect the appropriate GST. Credit notes will expire 12 month from date generated.
i) Linda and Co Designer jewellers do not accept any goods to be refunded due to incorrect decision.
j) Special / Custom Orders will have a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order amount.
k) Lay-By Cancellation will incur a 20% Restocking Fee
l) Earrings, Nose rings, Body Piercings may not be exchanged or returned due to health regulations.

f) The full amount less postage , admin fees & merchant service fees as this is not refundable by our merchants, the balance will be refunded within 7 days of receiving item. 5 % Restocking Fee Applies if approved for refund
g) Sale items / clearance Items / end of line / – Not available for refund for change of mind. A credit note will be applied. Expiry 12 month from date generated.

Buy Now Pay Later Refunds
When a refund has been approved and is processed, the funds will return to the customer’s account less any merchant fees charged by Buy Now Pay Later Providers as this is not returned to us.
