DELIVERY & RETURNS

IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS

1. If you received the wrong item or if there’s a major defect, you can return it.
2. Contact us for authorization before returning any item.
3. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
4. Returned items must be in new condition with tags unaltered in anyway.
5. We may send back items not meeting return conditions at your expense.
6. Defective or custom orders are subject to our guarantee policy.
7. Custom orders are guaranteed for 24 months with in-store checks every 6 months.
8. Credit notes for returns expire in 12 months.
9. No refunds for change of mind.
10. Special/custom orders have a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount.
11. Lay-By cancellations incur a 20% restocking fee of the total amount.
12. Certain items like earrings and body piercings can’t be returned due to health regulations.

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS

1. Contact us for authorization before returning any item.
2. You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the item for exchange or credit.
3. Returned items must be in new condition, unaltered with tags intact.
4. We may send back items not meeting return conditions at your expense.
5. Defective or custom orders are subject to our guarantee policy.
6. If Refund approved they are issued within 7 days, minus postage and merchant service fees. No Refunds for incorrect decision.
7. There’s an additional 5% restocking/admin fee for approved refunds.
8. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless we provide a shipping label.
9. Certain sale/clearance items can only be exchanged for credit notes.

BUY NOW PAY LATER REFUNDS

Refunds for Buy Now Pay Later purchases will be processed minus any merchant fees charged by providers.
