Online Purchase Terms & Conditions

Please note: These terms and conditions apply exclusively to purchases made via our online store. In-store purchases are subject to different terms and conditions – please contact your nearest Linda & Co. store for in-store policies.


Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.


Gift with Purchase Promotion

  • Gifts are subject to availability and may vary without notice.

  • Offers are valid while stocks last.


Pricing & Product Variations

  • Linda & Co. reserves the right to change advertised prices before accepting an order.

  • All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • If an item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or provide a refund.

  • We may amend, update or remove products, services, or web pages at any time without notice.

  • Orders placed due to pricing errors may be cancelled and refunded.


Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

  • Linda & Co. is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or products purchased from it.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linda & Co., its employees, agents, and affiliates against any third-party claims arising from your use of this website or any breach of these terms.


Delivery & Returns Policy

Order Cancellations

  • If your order hasn’t shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting our online customer service team or emailing us.

  • Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used, minus any merchant fees (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, ZipPay).

  • Custom-made items or orders involving modifications, resizing, or alterations cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of the invoice date.

  • Items must be returned in original, unused, and fully resaleable condition, with original tags, packaging, warranty papers, and protective covers intact.

  • Approval for returns must be obtained via email or text from Linda & Co.

  • A copy of the invoice must be included in the return parcel.

  • Returns may be subject to the following deductions:

    • Up to 5% administrative fee

    • Shipping costs

    • Merchant processing fees (up to 6.5%)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and the safety of the parcel during transit.

  • We strongly recommend using registered post with tracking.

  • If Linda & Co. provides a return label, please lodge the parcel over the counter at your local post office.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us immediately if an item is received damaged or incorrect.

  • We cannot dispatch replacements until incorrect items are returned.

  • Replacement items are subject to availability; if unavailable, we will issue a refund including original shipping.

  • If no faults are found upon inspection, the buyer is responsible for postage charges.


Warranty

  • All watches come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty issues are assessed by the brand, and timelines vary.

  • Refunds or replacements under warranty are at the discretion of the manufacturer.

  • If no fault is found, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • For warranty procedures, please refer to the manufacturer’s website.


Buy Now, Pay Later Refunds

  • Refunds via Buy Now, Pay Later platforms (e.g., Afterpay, ZipPay) will be processed minus merchant fees charged by these providers.
