Behind the new ProPilot Date lies a story of innovation and purpose. ORIS’s first pure aviation watch — the Big Crown Pointer Date of 1938 — was born in the golden age of flight, designed for pilots who needed legibility and reliability in the cockpit.

The ProPilot collection continues that legacy, bringing a contemporary edge to traditional pilot’s design. Its fluted bezel echoes the turbines of modern jet engines — a detail that connects its pioneering past to the world of aviation today.

The redesigned 41.00mm stainless steel case features sharper, more dynamic lines, satin and polished finishes, and a new ergonomic profile for exceptional wrist comfort.

Every detail — from the refined oversized crown to the updated “LIFT” clasp — has been reimagined for improved usability and wearability. The dial, available in Black, Moss Green, or Chalk, now carries a textured finish inspired by natural materials, with reworked Arabic numerals and lume-tipped hands for enhanced legibility.

Even the suede strap has been upgraded with a seamless fit adjustment system, ensuring perfect comfort for any wrist.
