How to Request a Price Match?

To request a price match, provide proof of the competitor’s advertised price for the identical product at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, price match requests cannot be applied to products after a purchase has been completed.

Please note: Price matching is applicable only against Australian authorised dealers of the respective brand. Prices from unauthorised retailers or international sellers will not be considered for price match purposes.

Your request will be reviewed and verified to ensure the competitor’s product:

• It is identical in model and specifications.
• It is in stock and available for immediate sale.
• Uses the same payment method.

Note: If you are purchasing using an Interest-Free Plan or a buy-now-pay-later service, additional approval is required before a price match can be applied. Once approved, we will gladly match the verified competitor price.

Price Match Exclusions

Price matching will not apply to:

• Offers including cashback, bonus products, bulk purchase discounts, quantity limits, or packages.
• Offers not available to the general public, such as trade, membership, or special event offers.
• Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration, or display items.
• Products sold or shipped by third-party sellers on marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon), auction sites, or classifieds.
• Products supplied through unauthorised distributors (grey market items) or delivered directly from overseas distributors.
• Limited edition models. Due to the highly restricted quantities in which these products are received, they are strictly excluded from price match consideration.
• Pricing errors.
• Prices that include delivery charges.
• Products are priced significantly below the recommended retail or market value.

What proof do I need to provide? Provide proof via our Linda & Co. Online Live Chat showing:

• The competitor’s current advertisement or website address.
• Offer end date.
• Any relevant terms and conditions.

A Live Chat team member may verify the competitor’s website and the availability of the product. Once confirmed, we will create a price match offer, allowing you to purchase the product from us at the same price (or lower if possible).

Can I use an Interest-Free payment for a price match? Yes, but this is subject to additional approval before the price match can be applied.
