The Seiko SPB101J Prospex Sumo is a water-resistant watch with an automated movement. The SPB101J is a timeless timepiece with a black case and dial, as well as a stainless steel case and band.

The SPB101J1 features a Seiko mechanical automatic 6R35 movement with a +25 /- 15 second per day accuracy tolerance. This variant is made entirely of stainless steel. The hands and markers have lumibrite on them so they can be seen at night (once fully charged). The case measures 45mm in diameter, has a thickness of 12.9mm, and weighs roughly 190g. A screw lock crown, a screw case back, and a uni-directional rotating bezel are among the characteristics of this 200m dive watch. A calendar function and a stop seconds hand function are also included.
