Bringing the concept of Ichigo Ichie to life, LARK has crafted a unique cocktail that embodies simple elegance, timelessness, and the merging of cultures. This cocktail, with its refreshing effervescence and depth of flavour, invites you to pause and truly savour the moment. In a nod to the traditional Japanese tea ceremony, the cocktail infuses Japanese shochu with sencha and hibiscus teas, harmonising the concept of Ichigo Ichie with the art of tea and mixology.
Drawing from the profile of LARK’s Classic Cask Whisky, the cocktail offers elevated fragrant aromas, the luscious sweetness of stone fruit, and a delicate savoury note of gari from traditional Japanese pickled ginger. These elements come together in a classic champagne cocktail reminiscent of a Bellini. The striking rose gold gradient tones of the cocktail are achieved by the tea infusion, and these colours are mirrored in the timepiece’s rose gold hands, hour markers, and case, while the dial is enriched with a textured sunray engraving.
