With accuracy rated at +/-1 second every 100,000 years, this is timekeeping at an entirely different level.
Powered by solar Calibre 5X63, the Astron charges from any light source and stores up to 2 years of power reserve — no battery changes, no winding, no interruptions. The GPS signal receives from 4 or more satellites, automatically adjusting for daylight saving time and identifying your exact time zone the moment you step off a plane. A secondary time zone display, 24-hour hand, and day/date display with perpetual calendar (accurate until February 2100) round out the functionality.
The chronograph measures up to 24 hours in 1/20th of a second increments with split-time capability — precise enough for the most demanding timing needs. The 43.4mm titanium case at just 12.4mm thin is lightweight and tough, paired with a titanium bracelet and sapphire crystal with Super Clear anti-reflective coating. LumiBrite hands and markers ensure visibility in any conditions. Water resistant to 100 metres.
