New G-STEEL models include a new shock-resistant Carbon Core Guard structure from G-SHOCK, the watch brand that is continually setting new standards for timekeeping toughness.
The case is constructed of fine resin with carbon fibre for light weight and improved rigidity to resin. This material protects the internal module from damage and distortion caused by shock. The back surface is protected from impact by the dual back cover. Even though the watch has a wide face, the GST-B100 series base model’s compact case provides a comfortable fit.
Both the functionality and the face design benefit from the light-on-dark LCD.
