If you are unsure where your item is in the delivery process, there are a few things we recommend checking in the first instance.      
  • Check your order confirmation to ensure your address is correct.
 
  • Look for a notification (digital viaĀ the Australia Post app or physical) from Australia Post about a missed delivery or parcel awaiting collection.
 
  • Ask household members if they’ve signed for the parcel.
   

Still can’t find your item?

  • If tracking shows your parcel but you can’t locate it, submit a missing item enquiry with Australia Post.
 
  • If your parcel isn’t showing in tracking, contact us so we can help.

Yes. All Linda & Co deliveries require a signature.

  • If no one is available to sign, Australia Post will leave a notification with instructions on how to collect your parcel from your local Post Office or Parcel Collect location. Customers with a MyPost account may also receive digital alerts via email, SMS, or the Australia Post app.

 
  • Find your closest Australia Post location here.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your parcel on Australia Post.

 
  • For international orders, import duties or taxes may apply. These are determined by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)


We use Standard Australia Post Parcel as our default delivery service. Orders over $199 AUD qualify for free standard delivery within Australia. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location; for current timeframes, please refer to the Australia Post website.


 

International Shipping

 

For orders shipped outside Australia, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Our standard international shipping service is AUD 149, which covers priority delivery in approximately 7–10 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs processing or local postal services, which are outside our control.
